As you probably know, it can take a lot of time to go back and forth with a lead via email. But once again, if this is what they want to do, you should do so.


No matter what, you need to get in touch with every insurance lead in one way or the next. If you need to call a lead, so be it. If they want to communicate via email, that is fine as well. The key is to get the conversation started so that you can better your chances of making a sale.
