When you think of the best home based business opportunity, what do you think of? I remember an episode of Cheers when Norm tried out for his dream job – not a home based business – as a beer taster. I wonder how that could be made into a home based business opportunity? But any home based business will not work for you unless you know how to manage time effectively. Time management is a skill that is not taught in schools and no matter what other skills you have you will be lost unless you can manage your time well. Perhaps it is something that should be taught in school. They teach it in the military. I wonder if people who have been in the military would have the best home based business opportunity whereas people who have not been in the military would not?
So what is so important about time management? Well, some people say that you should do the most important things first. Others say you should do the things you dislike most first, and still others say that you should do it the way those automated voices tell you how your phone call will handled, ?in the order received?. Actually, it should probably be on a case-by-case basis. If importance is not so important, than you should probably do the things you don?t like first. However, if the order of things is important, then do in the order that is right for the best home based business opportunity.
A list is always helpful, so then you don?t have to clutter your mind with
things, and you won?t forget them. But you can easily prioritize with a list, and you can check things off. Create a things-to-do list, and stick to it religiously, and you?ll notice the change in a very short time. And though multi-tasking seems like a great idea, it probably actually cuts your productivity. And the best home based business opportunity will suffer if you try to juggle too many things at once.
That is why I really like the home based business I am in. In fact, I would go as far as to say it is the best home based business opportunity. I don?t need to multi-task. All I think about are buying customers and earning commissions from their purchases. Pretty simple, but nice and profitable.
