Change can be difficult at first, discovering what is needed to be changed and replacing them with positive daily success habits can be a slow and painful process in the beginning.

Building a home based business takes time, patience and dedication over a period of time as well. If this were not true the world would have many more leaders in it today. People by nature resist change and don’t want to give up the comfortable, but that’s probably why a lot of people never go on to building a successful home based business. Leaders will! Once again it is a question of a passionate belief! If someone wants something bad enough, like developing a sustainable residual income to fire their boss, they will do what is required to obtain the goal including changing negative beliefs and habits into positive ones.

I’ve been at this home based business game for many years and the one crucial element that always stands out is leadership and the daily success habits that one must invest to be successful in a home business. Sorry, no short cuts here folks, just honest and committed discipline over a period of time. It beats the 40 x 40 career path – 40 hours for 40 years.

The power of a daily commitment, a daily discipline applied to their home based business is visible from every leader’s life if you study them. That discipline seems to only come to those who have committed themselves to a worthwhile goal of building a long term home based business. They are inspired to be successful and move on from there through discipline to developing a passionate belief. That process requires a coach or a mentor in some form to be effective. People don’t just ‘do it’ on their own without an example and the best examples are living committed coaches to the person in question and those coaches showing the new person what it truly takes to creating a sustainable residual income.

What we have discovered on our team is the age old truth of the power behind a daily discipline to personal growth. Nobody could accomplish in 6 hours at one sitting what the process of 1 hour every day will create! 1 hour per day multiplies the results by many times! It goes against human nature to do so and that’s why in my opinion, leadership is such a rare thing today. People want the easy route to a six figure residual income, the path of least resistance and would rather watch TV for an hour than struggle with their own truths, beliefs and need to grow. Leaders take the road less traveled and apply themselves to growth and that’s why they are able to have a successful home based business.

If we understand the process of leadership then it can be better taught. People begin with hope of a better life or a more fulfilling life. One way is via a long term residual income by having there own home based business. Through daily learning and growing they begin to believe more and more. It is a process and everybody begins at a different place and requires a different amount of nurturing in order to develop their own passionate belief as they work towards building a home business. Once hope becomes absolute belief they will apply themselves to the task at hand of developing leadership with even more resolve and apply that four letter word called work to there home based business.

It is just a question of time and anybody can develop a residual income with the right coaching, personal leadership growth, discipline and having passion.
